Normativity implemented in the "Common core of knowledge and skills" The common core of knowledge and skills, understood first as a text of educational policy, could be clarified by the idea of norm. This paper seeks to show how a connection with norm and norms can be built up and how such a connection results in forms of reception,learning and assessment. Assuming that this common core of knowledge and skills might evolve , this paper also intends to show how a diverting theory of norm can shed a new light on a methodology based on normative expectations.
