The aim of this report is to summarize the work achieved between November 2008 until July 2009. I hope this report will help to develop a work in a similar field. The research has been focused on the modelisation of empathy as a computation process that overlay the other computational models of emotions. The term "overlay" is used because the process of empathy uses also as an input the output of another computation of the emotions. Another possibility would be to see actually the empathy as an extension of such models.
