Analyse et optimisation de la fiabilit'e d'un 'equipement opto-'electronique 'equip'e de HUMS

The aim of the thesis is to evelop mathematical models and analysis that will determine of the potential life of a product based on the evolution of environmanetal parameters (eg troom emperature), quantities betraying the' physical state of the products (eg time to cold) and propose adapeted maintenance policies. Eventually, a product must be able to indicate to the user its: - Capital residual life, - The probability of a mission to success given the environmental conditions - Optimal maintenance date.
