Our research deals with the problem of taking into account of the constraints related to human resources in the problems of scheduling of workshop. This problem integrating the assignment of the operators into the machines consists in determining the state of workshop in the course of time, and considering the problem of scheduling of workshop as a whole by taking of account the influence of the human resource allocation on the activities of production. This imposes in more of the management of the sequence of work, the management of the assignments of the men at the working stations..We considered the case where productivities of the machines depending on the assignment of the operators. We supposed that the number of operators is lower than the number of machines, an operator can supervise several machines simultaneously and that the simultaneous supervision several machines by an operator decreases the productivities of these last. The originality of our research tasks is related to the fact that the operational durations of work are variable in time and are a function of the evolution of the assignments of the operators to the machines in time.
