Corporate social and environmental responsibility in Saudi Arabia : international law approach

This thesis tries to explain the various definitions of corporate social and environmental responsibility from different perspective in focusing on its legal & international sources of this definition. This study tent to decompose this social and environmental responsibility in three aspects: corporate governance – environmental regulation – labor regulation.
