The present thesis aims chiefly at the ordered gathering of principIes and norms leading to a satisfactory appraisal of the hydraulic behaviour of undeformable fissured systems in a linear steady state. In a first part the tensor character of the hydraulic conductivity of fissured media is generally appreciated, and an an analysis of results is carried out for permeability tests in rock masses . The second part of the thesis describes a variant of the electroanalog method which may be used to deal with indiscriminate situations without restricting the cartesian dimension of the analysis nor resorting to simplifications as to the heterogeneity or anisotropy of the components of the system.
