The objective of our HDR is to study the inter-organisational strategic relations via the prism of the paradox. This perspective could to improve comprehension and management of a change, which imply the inter-organisational strategic relations. Through the analysis of our last work and to come, we wished to show the relevance and the wealth which a processual reading of the dynamic management of the paradoxical tensions in the comprehension of inter-organisational strategic relations conceals. Initially, our researches undertaken on the paradox helped us to take height compared to our last research. In the second time, this centring opened up the way for new prospects of research, in particular for young researchers. Thus, the bonds between paradoxical tensions, process of management dynamic and inter-organisational strategic relations made it possible to present an HDR which we describe as trajectory.
