Development of an integrated selective method of evaporation process : application to cutting fluids used in Mechanical lndustry

The cutting fluids produced by mechauical industrial processes are eliminated by EvapoIncineration. The cost of treatment can be greatly reduced by simply extracting the water contained in the cutting fluids. We have developed a method to select an evaporation process in a global view. The techuical and econoruic feasibility of evaporation process reduce the cost and volume of the effluent, and produce reusable water. The global mode! shows criteria and parameters. The main criteria for experimentation of mechauical compressor CMV, heat pump P AC, electrical tube TPC are : quality of water phase, efficiency of separation, techuical and economical performances. The operation of concentration by evaporation gives positive results. The economie analysis presents the financial viability of this process. The global view of process shows that the economy is an important factor in the improvement of technology. The wastewater treatment of cutting fluids is an issue to save water resource. The project assiruilates the sustainable development to evaluated technology that realized environment and nature resources protection.
