Study of GaN excitonic properties by cw and time-resolved spectroscopies at the femtosecond scales

This thesis dealt with an extensive study of the excitonic properties of freestanding and heteroepitaxial GaN samples using continuous-wave reflectivity and time-resolved autocorrelation measurements.
