New venture strategy : the role of cognitif factors

We describe the cognitive factors at each stage of a new venture strategic decision making. Bias and heuristics are integrated in a comprehensive framework. 9 cases studies with two longitudinal analyses. Solutions for best advising entrepreneur are proposed.
