Title : THE INFLUENCE OF THE NATIONAL POLITIC ON THE MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS. COMPARATIVE STUDY:FRANCE-ROMANIA. Abstract : Since the countries of central Europe entered of the liberal sphere influence, we observe a movement of Supervision and ideological emancipation of the sports organizations of the identical phenome which takes place in France. On the ground, we notice that the organization of the offer forms itself there in the same way. We register some differences in the mode of management which seems more directive in Rumania and more negotiated in France. This paradox leads a cultural interrogation on the previous history of these differences. Historically, in Rumania, the sport during the communist sphere of influence was strongly enpreint of ideologies. In France, the federal dimension confers more autonomy towards the national politics. The inquiry investigates these differences with a questionary in a sample of 115 Romanians of the city of Pitesti and 139 French people of the city of Nice. The results demonstrate that the management of the professionals in Rumania implies a representation of the sport advantage centred on the body and the performance, that we put in link with the story of the country. The management of the same professionals in France bases on the valuation of a social ideal from the sports institutions.
