IEML: finalités et structure

ieml (Information Economy Meta Language) is an artificial language designed to to be simultaneously manipulable by digital computers and able to express semantic and pragmatic nuances of natural languages. Its purpose is to solve three interdependent problems: 1) the semantic addressing of digital data, 2) the coordination of researches in humanities and social sciences, 3) the distributed governance of collective intelligence for human development.
