This paper aims at showing that the emergence and development of blogs like new mass media lead to practices far from the freedom of expression and information spirit to citizens. Contrary to the ideal of democracy that citizens are calling a priori for, we think that technico-social environments of communication via blogs structure the collective representations which based on fixed ideals and create norms and codes which can not be avoided. We'll try to demonstrate that these collective representations should not be considered as dangers touching democracy, but as internal tensions where conception about democracy works against another one.
