Variometer shelter of the Dumont d'Urville Magnetic Observatory (DRV)

Inside the 'Variometer' shelter at the Dumont d'Urville Magnetic Observatory: on the ceiling, the white bottle of the scalar magnetometer used to measure the intensity of the Earth's magnetic field: at the bottom of the shelter, the observatory's two variometers (upper position: the Thomson VFO variometer, lower position: the Danish Meteorological Institute's FGE variometer).
