In the town of Kunming the roads are often chaotic. It seems the governors enjoy changing the look of the street to highlight their worth : one plants flowers to separate the fast lane from the cycling lane, the other wants to get ride of the glasshouses in the middle of the road. Now, they've embarked on huge construction work on the metro. This construction work are usually carried out by female migrant workers (女民工). The circulation in Kunming is constantly obstructed.
