The incompressibility of hot neutron-rich nuclear matter

This communication presents the design and the implementation of an Open Archive to scientific publications in french community of Communication and Information Sciences. First, understanding sens of dialectic Human/Machine associated the development of these Open Archive within the framework of the scientific communication, the genesis of the movement and the various current orientations are pointed out. More specifically, authors analyze the stakes related to the development of this type of device for the french community of Communication and Information Sciences. Taking into account specificities of this community, the authors explain then their choices relating to the architecture of this archive, the design of the user interfacer, the organization and use of the archive. Finally the first statistics of uses of @rchiveSIC (http//archivesic.ccsd.cnrs.fr) are exposed as well as the various possible scenarii to reach a sufficient critical mass giving sens to this innovation of services.
