Les "libertés éducatives", quelles libertés ?

This text analyses, in a "Report on the Educative Liberties" (OIDEL 2009), the notions of "freedom of teaching" and "educative liberty" as liberties for the parents to model their children as they wish to do. These liberties are opposed to the children's human rights to an education that constructs their individual liberty as subjects.
