To understand the function of structuring political life assumed by the Gabonese political parties must engage in a thought experiment: what would happen if they did not exist? Politics would be a free-for each of the players or do that would fight for himself and represents only himself. Political parties, however, provide citizens with benchmarks, and this in two ways: by their existence, they clarify the electoral choices, for their programs, they allow some preventive control of governments. What is a political party? What are the political parties in Gabon? To answer these questions, we made a survey of public opinion survey by preparing a questionnaire on the political system.
