ORGANISATION URBAINE, TRANSPORT ET MOBILITÉ

Building a time-planning urbanism involves more than managing transport, disconnected more or less from urban planning (there is no planners in the offices of time ; they are not included in planning services), for a travel time and use policy in the city. The methodology proposes to examine the inclusion of transport and travel ways in urban planning French documents : french public-private renewal operations contracts and new territorial and local experiences (charters, axis contracts).
