In this technical report are discussed the details of the authoring process of one specific video publishing genre - the interactive hypermedia (or also: video) book (IHB). A concrete example of IHBs is the publishing of interviews with researchers on the audiovisual portal "Patrimoine culturel des minorities et des peoples indigenes" (PCI) which belongs to the French ARA (Audiovisual Research Archives) Program) in Paris, France. The author of this report refers more particularly to a series of interviews with the Argentinean writer Gregorio Manzur dedicated to the huarpe croppers life-world in Mendoza in Argentina - interviews which are published on the PCM portal (http://www.culturalheritage.fr/EN/) in form of an interactive hypermedia book.
