"Few propositions about structures as " generating models "" We are interested by the question " how a network with such or such features can be generated?" more than by the question "how such or such network features can produce collective or individual effects?". We discuss how to define a model able to generate a specific network: What entity can settle a relation ? What kind of principles guides the creation of a relation? Which existing relations constrain the making of a new relation? etc. We conclude on the intellectual interest of the attempt to define a "generating model".
