Premières traces de structures agricoles précolombiennes à St Martin et en Martinique

To date few direct remains of agricultural work by pre-Columbian populations were identified in the Lesser Antilles. A discovery in 2006 in the island of Saint-Martin could be a case of pre-Columbian cultivated fields. Other structures excavated in 2002 in Saint-Pierre in Martinique is another example quite similar.
