It is largely admitted today that professional commitment is a multidimensional concept in its objects or targets (organisation, profession, work values) and in its nature : the researchers differentiate an affective, calculated, and sometimes normative dimensions. This multi dimensionality (targets and nature) has already been tested on different targets such as organisation, occupation, or colleagues. We propose to advance in this direction by offering a three-dimensional measure of involvement in work values. A measure scale including 18 items was elaborated and tested on a sample of 168 workers. The scale has been partially validated: we established that wok values involvement exhibits three correlated dimensions, allowing to think that we are in the presence of the different dimensions of a second order construct representing involvement in the values of work..
