New evidence and comparative study on fragments of hooded semicircular cloaks found in the Eastern Desert of Egypt

Synthetical discussion of recent finds of fragments of woven-to-shape semicircular cloaks from archaeological sites of praesidia in the Eastern Desert of Egypt, occupied 1st-3rd c. CE. Publication of new fragments from Xeron. Discussion of the possible names for such cloaks found on written ostraca from the same sites.
