Tahiti du melting pot à l'explosion ?

Tahiti has long shown an example of a harmonious ethnic miscegenation and cultural melting pot. A composite culture born from interbreeding is still observed in various fields: music, cooking, language daily, first given to children ... However, since the 1960s, mass emigration due to the installation of the nuclear experience center of the Pacific, and the development of wage labor, blew up inequality, crime, strikes, riots and might announce the end of "tahiti Métisse".
