Experimental variogram in presence of measurement errors

The aim of this note is to present a method to compute the empirical variogram of a regionalized variable when it is observed with measurement error with known variance. This note is organized as follows. In a first part, we present the model used. In a second part, 3 algorithms are described and their properties are discussed and in a last part, some numerical trials are made in order to prove the efficiency of the retained method. In appendix, a simulated case study will be presented.
