Mobility Pricing and Financial Incentives in Favor of Modal Shift in Urban Environments

The paper aims at evaluating how new financial incentives already existing in the field of mobile telecom (incentive package deals), energy (smart grids) or even air transportation (frequent flyers programs) could be reasonably applied to multi modal land transportation in order to achieve sustainable modal shift from car to other means of public transportation.
