Big Data - State of the Art

This report is an investigation into the current state of the art with respect to "Big Data" frameworks and libraries. The primary purpose of this report is to investigate some of the available processing and analytical frameworks and/or libraries, identify some of their strengths and weaknesses through the application of a set of criteria. This criteria can then be used to compare other frameworks, systems, or libraries that are not present here to enable rapid and objective comparison.
