Servius, lecteur du Térence de Donat

Servius' vergilian commentary shows a real influence of Donatus'commentary on Terence, especially when it uses quotations from the Terentian works. Although Servius himself and the so-called auctor use Donatus'commentary in different ways, there are strong intertextual links between both commentaries. Moreover, in some places, the study of mutual exchanges between Servius' and Donatus' texts can be useful for the study of redactional processes in Donatus'commentary.
