Protein-Protein Interactions Focused Libraries for Drug Discovery

Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are important in all aspects of cellular function and play a central role in development of different pathological conditions including cancer, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, infection, etc. Developing small molecules that modulate protein-protein interactions is difficult due to such factors as the large interfacial areas and the lack of well-defined binding pockets. Nevertheless, there has been important progress in this endeavour
