Stability of cast in place piles in sand under axial cyclic loading

The behaviour of non-displacement piles installed in dense Fontainebleau sand and subjected to both vertical static and cyclic loads is investigated in a geotechnical centrifuge at a scale 1:23. Different loading sequences with several combinations (one way and two-way) have been applied. The influences of the cyclic load amplitude and the mean amplitude are analyzed.
