This report invites you to discover a new diagnostic method for a very important disease the "hypothyroidism" caused by an imbalance of thyroid hormones involving major complications. In this work an automatic classification of the disease is introduced based on the criteria used by doctors in the conventional method of diagnosis of this disease, for that we have a database of 3773 individuals extract from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. We carry a classification by the method decisions Trees CART known by their simplicity and visual clarity.
