Transient detection using wavelet: application to rib cage fractures

A comprehensive understanding of injury mechanisms remains an important and elusive challenge for designers of vehicle safety countermeasures. Correlating the time of bone injury with other events would provide valuable, unbiased data for assessing safety systems.
