Performing research: communication and the sensitive

Performance ethnography is proposing a critical alternative for doing and communicating research on organizations and communication - trying to produce an affective, embodied and situated experience of the issue to the audience. Two performances will be presented and discussed in order to illustrate the possibilities of performances for communicating research, and will be reflected upon thanks to performance studies and the aesthetic theory of Jacques Rancière. The emphasis will be placed on (theoretical and practical) questions and tensions raised by such a practice, especially regarding the aesthetic "remake" of the experience.
