Unlocking the Standard Model. III. 2 Generations of quarks : calculating the Cabibbo angle

Comments and explanations have been added in several places to make calculations easily reproduceable. The notations in eq.(10) have been changed to avoid confusion with the ones used later on. The results are unchanged.
