Parameterizable FUs (N-dimensional)

In the development of the GTL (Graphics Tool Library) as part of RGC, there could be more than one FU (Functional Unit) that implements the same operation but consumes a different number of tokens at each firing. If the consumed data is independet, this type of approach can create confusion for the designer of the network that implements the encoder or decoder.
