FU-level testing for the RGC framework

In the GTL (Graphics Tool Library) development process, as part of RGC, a way to investigate a FU is necessary. We propose the introduction of a new type of FUs that can dump the input data into a file and also repeat the input data at the output (this way by introducing this FU in the design, the network can still work).
