Modeling with uncertain parameters : Application to the ultrasonic assessment of bone quality

This work is a preliminary step to a robust inverse problem formulation for the in vivo assessment of cortical bone properties. The methodology used here to account for parameter uncertainties could be applied straightforward in various other biomechanical applications.
