I this paper, we seek to highlight the role that can have economic intelligence process in artifact design process, as an information gathering, production and diffusion process. Our focus particularly is on knowledge identification about the beneficiaries and its diffusion, this is useful to increase designed artifact quality which, in our study, is an information system.
